3. SEKTÖR SOSYAL EKONOMİ DERGİSİNİN BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

Bu çalışmanın amacı 3. Sektör Sosyal Ekonomi Dergisini bibliyometrik açıdan inceleyerek geçmişten günümüze derginin yaşamış olduğu dönüşümü ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla derginin 3. Sektör Sosyal Ekonomi Dergisi olarak yayınlanmaya başladığı 2011 yılından 2022 yılsonuna kadarki dönemde yayınlanan 870 makale analiz edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışmada makalelere ilişkin olarak; yıllara göre makalelerin dağılımı, kullanılan araştırma yöntemleri, makalelerin yayın dili, kullanılan anahtar kelimeler, sayfa sayısı,  kullanılan kaynaklar, atıf ve öz atıf sayısı, yazarlara ilişkin olarak; çok yazarlılık durumu, yazarların verimliliği, unvanları, çalıştıkları kurumlar, bölümleri ile Pareto (80/20), Price ve Lotka Yasasına uyup uymadıkları incelenmiştir. 2017 yılından itibaren dergide yayınlanan makale sayısında belirgin bir artış olduğu, çalışmaların büyük çoğunluğunun ampirik çalışma ve yayın dilinin İngilizce olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Çalışmaya en çok katkıyı Dr. Öğretim Üyesi unvanındaki yazarların, en çok katkıyı Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli Üniversitesinden yazarların sunduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca yurt içinden 154 farklı üniversite ve yurt dışından 4 farklı üniversiteden yazarların katkıda bulunması derginin yurtiçinde ve yurtdışında tanınan bir dergi olduğu sonucu ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Bu çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bulguların derginin yayın profilinin ortaya konulmasına ve çalışmalarını yayınlatmak amacında olan araştırmacılara yol göstermesine katkıda bulunacağı düşünülmektedir.

BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF THIRD SECTOR SOCIAL ECONOMIC REVIEW

The purpose of the present study was to examine the Third Sector Social Economy Review from a bibliometric perspective and to uncover the transformation of the journal from the past to the present. A total of 870 articles that were published in the period from 2011, when the journal started to be published as the Third Sector Social Economy Review, until the end of 2022, were analyzed for this purpose. In this context, regarding the articles in the study, the distribution of the articles by years, research methods used, publication language of articles, keywords used, number of pages, sources used, number of citations, and self-citations were evaluated, and the authors, multiple authorship status, productivity of authors, titles, institutions they worked for, departments whether they were compatible or not with the Pareto (80/20), Price, and Lotka Law. It was concluded that there has been a significant increase in the number of articles published in the journal since 2017, and the language of the empirical study and publication of the majority of the studies was English. It was determined that the biggest contributor was made by authors with the title of Doctor Faculty Member of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University. Also, the contribution of authors from 154 different universities in the country and 4 different universities from abroad shows the result that the journal was a well-known journal at home and abroad. It is considered that the findings obtained as a result of the study will contribute to revealing the publication profile of the journal and guiding the researchers who aimed to have their studies published.
